My father and his wife visited a property with a certain Maïté. Above all, do not entrust anything to this unprofessional who promises to call back and does not. And do not call his clients back when they leave him many messages! Shameful! Scandalous! I do not recommend this agency that takes people for c ... you are wasting your time ... and your money! Decidedly no luck with the Laforêt agencies, after Vannes and his puppet, ditto Lannion = incapable people, everything in speech but then, no one ... mandate hunters that's all .... A lot rushes into the real estate trades believing they have found the goose that lays the golden eggs, without much or even no training ... Opportunists, one day in real estate, after having run a bistro for certain, and then selling socks in an umbrella ... in the markets for example !!!!! Now sale between individuals imperatively .... as far as I am concerned like many!
Excellent agency, very warm welcome, a quality team.
An incompetent and not serious real estate agent. Doesn't know his property for sale. For example it is noted aerothermal for heating while it is gas! No constructive support, "I don't know" at all costs. Can not estimate the good at its right price. And don't work on Saturdays !!! I absolutely do not recommend.
Very good relationship with the agency manager Ms. Kéeambrun who did the maximum and I can only advise them for their professionalism despite the fact that the house was not sold by the agency
