The rented house (February - September 2020) was in very poor condition: incomplete cleaning, broken tap, leaky sink with a bucket to collect water, electricity and gas to be put back into service (40 €), broken roller shutter, hood the rolling shutter that falls on the bed in a gust of wind, muddy garden, leaks from the tub, bulky items left by the owner, broken bulbs (not tested because electricity was cut during the inventory), interior of the oven not cleaned , WC broken floor, WC toilet ground floor disassembled, bad odors, suspicious gas odor, lack of boiler maintenance, boiler pressure problem, exposed electrical wires, non-functional garage door, absence of smoke detector batteries, cupboards in very bad condition, moldy velux blind, the front door closes poorly, the shutters do not close. I do not know if this accommodation can be qualified as unsanitary but in any case it was extremely unpleasant to live. After 8 months of rental there was still work to be done (bulky items from the owner, defective boiler, bathtub, etc.). What was done took way too long even taking into account COVID19 and the low availability of artisans. FONCIA should never have agreed to rent out such a house. Now they ask me to pay for the missing light bulbs and cleaning when I leave, while I leave the house in better condition than when I entered. Their attitude, with no questioning or apologies for the state of the house, is unacceptable. The market for home rentals in Lannion is tight, so you may have to go through them. In this case be very careful during the visit and the inventory of fixtures so as not to be fooled.

1 star, I could have not put it. For tenants: if you leave Foncia for another Foncia rental: no problem for the reimbursement of the 1st deposit. On the other hand, if you go elsewhere, they will not pass you anything. Like, among other things, the famous sliding closet doors that never really fit the rails. They'll make you pay for that. As they made the previous one pay, and they will do it for the next one without ever fixing anything. I have dealt with several agencies, I have never encountered such behavior. Especially since Foncia is not the cheapest! To good hearers! I am not implicating the employees in relation to the customers in this story.
