My very first ER visit went badly, very badly, absolutely no explanation of what was going on and everywhere people shouted and everyone was stressed out. So I was treated for high pressure because I have always suffered from the opposite ???????????? Unfortunately there my ordeal began and in the meantime I was taken care of a few times, but now more competent and I have a severe allergy I do not blame anyone ALL the very nice personal with one exception ("night sister" who has fun shouting with an old man all night long, purposely "misses" your veins etc. The food very good, the atmosphere very good but a lot of uproar - damage

Endless wait in the emergency room. No arrival exam to estimate the seriousness of the case, no communication. We are told that we are overworked but the waiting rooms are empty. To avoid absolutely! Drive a few more kms and reach a more competent hospital center.

ENT service at the top, surgeon (Mr Penet), his assistants, all very kind and friendly with my 6 year old son. They were able to reassure him, put him in confidence. Thanks also to the outpatient surgery, the nursing aids and nurses were attentive ... and bravo for the approach with the children! Go to the operating room in a Porsche, to change the vision of the operation to my son ... he was very proud to go there behind the wheel of his car 😁🚙. Very good postoperative follow-up as well.
