incompetent customer service, always waiting and the advisor always in meetings I never saw that. I lost 310, 30 and to date no reimbursement insurance and follow-up are not doing their job I hope the director go do something about that

I write especially to personally thank my advisor in this agency, Mde MUSACCO. During my last stay abroad I was confronted with administrative problems related to the host country, Mrs MUSACCO has always been very efficient and available to help me and answer my questions. While all the services that were offered to me were useless, she knew how to manage and solve all my worries! Definitely, it is a person who knows his job and who does it well! You have to know how to complain but also thank, so thanks 🙂
