Incompetent. I brought a watch back to change the battery and both ladies were unable to change it. So they made me come back the next day and the new watch was all scratched on the back .... thank you, I lost a watch, time and 8 euros.

Perfect super welcome at the top I found my ring in 5 minutes.
Very limited welcome, a lady took care of us but obviously it annoyed her more than anything else.
After having made me try several rings in a size other than mine, she announces to me that in any case it is impossible for her to order.
What was the point of having me try something she couldn't have.
Finally, I ask her if she can give me the reference. She gives it to me telling me that she is still nice.
