Incomplete information on the site, the diameter of the ordered medal was not found. 2 hours later, as it was a Sunday, I contacted customer service by chat to cancel my order before it was in preparation because there was an engraving and the return would have been impossible. I was advised to call on Monday and at the same time sent an email via the online form. Monday morning again via chat, as the phone service only opens at 10 a.m., I am making my very urgent cancellation request as long as the order is not yet in preparation. I am assured that my request is taken into account. For security, I called around 10:20 am, I was told that it was not possible to verify that my cancellation request was taken into account because no link between the chat and customer service by phone, so we redo the cancellation at 10:39 am and we assure him again that there will be no problem, that it will be taken into account. The next day, the order is shipped and I am charged. It's complete rubbish! By contacting customer service, I am told that my order left for the workshop at 10:37 am on Monday, that it is impossible to cancel an order anyway. However, this is not what I have been told twice! I get the order rather quickly afterwards and the medal is indeed huge and the engraving particularly ugly, the font size has not been reduced and the first name, with 9 letters, is stretched downwards. An even more importable jewel than expected and although I struggled to cancel this order I lost 149 €! Customer service sent me an email to apologize because they shouldn't have confirmed that I could cancel my order ... ah? Yet I was told twice !! Update: no solution proposed nor any additional response by email. Suffice to say little consideration
