Very disappointed with this brand. I first bought a silver bracelet for Mother's Day which did not last 3 months. Despite the repair Maty was able to do, the bracelet broke again while my mother takes great care of it. She had to find a D system to transform her bracelet into a pendant ... Too bad for a valuable gift.
At the same time, I took out a jewelry cleaning contract and decided to take advantage of it before the holidays. I was greeted in an unpleasant way sending me back to next year .. It does not make you want to set foot there again .. The reception of customers is to be reviewed, even during the holidays!
Good jewelry, the saleswomen are very professional, but 3 stars for their excessive delivery times. I ordered a piece of jewelry on Thursday I was told it would be there the next day because they order express, however a week later still nothing ... despite everything the jewelry is of excellent quality! I recommend all the same
