I give a negative opinion. It's less star! !! A counselor called R 12.. Very scornful, explanations that are not logical and pretends to know better my family situation than me! ! In addition to finish says to me "I do not speak to you to please"

Incompetent home counselors each give you a different version for the same question and the system is void the organization of the early days was better when you were called by a number in the office of the counselor

Unpleasant and incompetent staff I go there to ask for information they speak very badly to me and they were unable to inform me however that concerned them. In addition there is a lack of professionalism (staff who laughs in front of customers with colleagues and listens to half of what they are told)
