so, I have a big belly because of a treatment that I am taking for an auto immune disease. I come to look for over-the-counter pills and there the pharmacist tells me you are pregnant you are not allowed to take this medicine ... not pleasant at all knowing that my belly is already a complex

Sometimes long to be served. One of the pharmacists lacks tact when asking questions with the added bonus of a lesson-givering side. Very annoying.
