Very very disappointed. We ordered for Christmas, a custom ring sum of nearly 1,000 euros. First time they received it, but it was not the right model we chose, suddenly forced to return, and yet because I tilter otherwise they would not have seen. Afterwards, I could not have my ring for Christmas, because the parcel had been lost, yes, ring 1000 euros lost, I let you imagine the distress I have felt knowing that we had already paid in advance. Parcels that eventually was found. While jewelry is not entirely responsible, but the lack of consideration of the staff was very void it, every time I call, I come across different people who could not answer me.
