Good product, not enough choice in men's shoes, nice staff but a bit expensive

Ashamed! I wanted to exchange a pair of slippers that had been offered because too small size. They refused the exchange on the pretext that they had been brought. All labels stuck in the slippers are yet intact. I tried one of the 2 and I have not kept more than 10 seconds at the foot ... Avoid at all costs! And the prices are much more expensive than elsewhere for the same models.
