Very good value for money, pleasant welcome. However the administrative part is very heavy, multiple signatures on more than ten documents. Resulting waiting time ... Do not be in a hurry! Hope that evolves!

Hardly acceptable to wait more than half an hour for the return of the vehicle. The feeling that the teams and the IT operating system are not sized for this activity. I will look to an alternative solution for my next rentals.
