Having bought mauboussin products several times, my man buys me a ring using another ring already bought there. They give her a ring that doesn't suit me. During the exchange, very average reception I am made to try but the reception does not put me at ease, I am taken a little high when I am told a delay of 1 to 3 months because out of stock. They have to call me to tell me that she has arrived, my husband calls and it turns out she has arrived but we haven't been called. My husband says that I pick her up and, when I arrive (on a crutch because I can't move well) well I am told to come back in 20 minutes because the lady has a video meeting (that she does not did not report to my husband 2 hours ago) I tell him that I just have to get a ring and that I cannot wait 20 minutes because I have to go get my son. Nothing to do, I am not given my ring that my husband has already paid for more than 2 months. Must still iron and come back. No consideration. Still happy that on my return I did not come across the same person. Basically, this experience at mauboussin will be the last for us: bad advice, whimsical welcome and no consideration when we have paid!
