Esplanade Jean-Louis FROT

Good idea to have the walls of the cinema green. The esplanade is a bit austere, the trees stunted, the benches unwelcoming (all in concrete, it really took little imagination 😝 to install the cubes). It would be a good idea to do the concerts and the ice rink there, there is space, this esplanade is too little used.
