A very good orthodontist, nice and very professional. In addition, the team around him is welcoming.
Being planted the day before an appointment for the care of a 4 year old child is very indelicate and inadmissible especially for a financial excuse! Long gone are the days when doctors favored patient care before money !!!!! Now I have to reassure and prepare my child (who unfortunately has a lot of medical care and triggers fears) for 1 week, get up at night etc to finally have a call the day before for the next day "we cannot take it ".....
Go explain to your child that he was afraid for nothing!
So we understand well and apparently I am not the only one, what motivates this cabinet ...
Very big lack of professionalism. She forgot several essential steps in my treatment and made me tear teeth that were not necessary. Results: my teeth overlap, no way to recover except for exchange of a large non refundable check while my problem today is his fault so should have been repaired at his expense. In short I am enormously disappointed and complexed to this day. Thanks again Madam Pigeot who pigeons her clients because she is supposedly in a bad period, I quote "Black period".
Very friendly and welcoming team. The work done on my two sons is amazing! the price is right and Ms. Pigeot is always punctual. I recommend it to anyone who wants a flawless smile!
She does her job well and implicate I am happy with her work
