B&B HOTEL

The hotel is very quiet with secure parking, easy and convenient to find. The room was clean and good value for money. I needed assistance when checking in and was very pleased with the service I received. Our only 'issues' were the fact there was no sanitiser in reception when everything was keypad entry. In addition, we were unable to adjust the temperature in the room and had to open the window, as did many others who stayed. Having said that, I'd rather it be too hot than too cold!! Overall a pleasant overnight stop and I would definitely stay again when travelling to south of France.

Overall the experience was good considering the current Covid situation in Europe, I felt safe.

We didn’t arrive as we tried to cancel our Booking due to recommendation from our government at the time not to travel. Both my wife and myself work our local Hospital and we could take the extra 14 days quarantine as at the time it was recommended to do if we had traveled.All our booing have given us a full refund or a Credit Note including the ferry company. I sent a mail to B & B Hotels requesting to cancel our stay about two months ago and heard nothing back. Really disappointed as we use B & B Hotels every time we travel to Europe .Unless we get a full refund or a Credit Note , I don’t think we will be using B & B Hotels again.

We have used the B & B at Evereux and Calais for many years now on our way to our house in the Auvergne and they are still my favourite stop overs. Would highly recommended to all

Very nice, room was as expected, the breakfast was as good as it could be because of confinement, the staff was very kind!
