I was greeted at the counter by a pharmacist (quite elderly) and I had an alarming experience. She makes me pay cash for an item without even checking if it is taken care of by the security when I point out to her she checks by blowing and my product was indeed taken care of, she said to me then I make you "a flower ". This kind of behavior should be reported to the authorities. Not to mention the terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

Hello, I find it a bit of a shame the queue is very poorly organized, and in addition very long wait before being served, fortunately most of the staff are pleasant, smiling, attentive. And find a solution for people with disabilities to be a priority. If there is a long wait, I have to leave and come back, because I cannot stand for long.
