Housing originally rented in new condition and returned in "good condition". On the day of the checkout, the counselor reassured me by telling me that the deposit will be returned to me in full. After a month, the agency informs me that they are withdrawing € 114 from my deposit. WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. By invoking that they brought in a cleaning company (WITHOUT INVOICE TO THE SUPPORT) to prepare for future visits and that the outgoing inventory was subject to verification by the management department. I really feel betrayed. I have to keep relaunching them for my deposit. Already when I took the steps to rent the accommodation, there was no follow-up, for the exit it is even worse !!! I will no longer trust this agency.

I lived in 2 apartments in Evreux, the accommodations are nickels and in my expectations. Myriam has been a valuable and very professional advisor. I highly recommend this agency.

During the purchase with the Delta immo agency, everything went very well. We had to deal with Mr. Charbonneau Julien whom we thank for his availability, his advice and especially his responsiveness.

I would like to thank mr Nicolas Endelin for his management of appointments at the moment, for a project to purchase a property in progress with the agency.
