We rent a house through this agency and we encounter a lot of things that are wrong (no certification of chimney sweeping or boiler maintenance, mold supposedly seen by professionals but no proof etc ...) We have called a week ago and we are still waiting to be reminded about these issues (among other things). Inventory done in the haste, we provided them with 5 more pages ... On the other hand to cash the checks there are people ... I absolutely do not recommend this agency for a rental ... Edict: After discussion we succeeded in obtaining the requested repairs and in a fairly short time. We are kept informed of the progress of things, good responsiveness of the advisor who follows our file.

Total lack of professionalism !!! 10,000 € of expenses for a sale and not able to make move an employee (e) to carry out a meter reading / inventory of fixtures .... So I went to other real estate agencies where I was offered a catalog with apartments that suited me and then I was offered follow-up visits! 2 visits then drafting of the file on the same day! Friendly and warm welcome ... But it stops there! First catastrophic visits: visit of two properties in barely 15 minutes each without any comment from the agent except "Is it good, it's all seen?" without even having had time to enter the room. We came to visit with some old people who had a hard time keeping up and couldn't see all the rooms. We gave our file, which we could not even defend, in the street. We had to call back the agency ourselves three days later to find out what it was ... After other visits the agency had to call us back. After a month, we are still waiting for news ... Very disappointed with this agency, to be avoided!
