It is the best agency that you can find to rent a car in Nancy. This agency has the best variety of cars. For me, the main asset in this agency is for sure the employees. It has the best employees who are so professional, helpful and friendly.

They did a great job and the young man who worked with me (who had lived for three years in Nashville) was the height of professionalism and understanding in what for my wife and I were difficult circumstances. Our many thanks.

Company that defies the laws of physics and human decency. Rented a car with less than 24 hours' notice, but had trouble driving it and immediately gave it back. Refund is "impossible." Customer service is savage; was literally stalled at a busy intersection, backing up traffic for blocks, terrified and unable to move the car; lady on the phone cooly told me that helping me was "impossible" since the car was technically working. Thank God I was able to hail down a rando to drive it back for me. Thanks Sixt.

I reserved a car 3 months in advance for Nancy train station. I was never notified that my pick-up date was a holiday in France. When I arrived at the Sixt office they were closed and there was no way to make a reservation that day. I received an email the week prior from the Nancy Sixt manager asking for my credit card but they did NOT state that the office would be closed that day. I'm very disappointed by the poor communication from the Nancy Sixt office.

Absolutely heartbreaking rental experience with them. One star no more and it is well deserved, their general conditions of sale are arbitrary and incomprehensible. Not recommended. Very disappointed.
