A car which initially did not have a full tank of gasoline (one less line on the meter). I noticed a difference of 80 km of autonomy when picking up the vehicle and when I returned the vehicle with the full tank. I really don't find that correct. Beyond this negligence, the staff leaving Nancy were professional and competent. Update, I am removing two stars: I am modifying my comment following the withdrawal without warning of an additional 42 € from my bank account two weeks after my rental. I had to call to understand the reason. It is about "expenses" of file because I would have been flashed on the road. 42 € for a completely computerized operation, it's simply theft. In addition, the amount of the costs are almost as high as the amount of the fine itself (45 € - speeding in built-up areas). I really didn't need this double pain. Too much trouble, over for me Avis.

Quick booking with no hidden charges. Retrieving the car took 5 min and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. A very good first car rental experience.

Very nice loan car on the other hand easy for the start but to land it in Nancy very very complicated
