I strongly recommend the delivery of packages to this relay point. Living a hundred meters from this convenience store, it could have been very practical. Unfortunately half the time I am told that the package is not there and I have to insist that they still look for it a little, and they usually end up finding it .... I wonder what 'they make packages for people who don't dare to insist ?! But this week I was bluntly told that my package had already been removed. By whom I don't know. No explanation, no excuse, no action to see if it's an error ... just get by with the sender. This time it's too much, last time I had a package delivered there. I do not even understand that such incompetent people can manage a parcel relay, moreover even they recognize it when they say that for 20cts they do not want to bother (to be polite).

I only went there to pick up parcels and buy three packets of chips and two bottles of coke. I recommend the chips "plantain".
