Nancy Hifi - Audio Frequency

I came to this store for a need for a particular product and for advice. I was very badly received, not very friendly reception, unpleasant salesman, the store was empty, yet I had the impression of disturbing. The "salesman" could not advise me and he did not try to find what I needed. The only product that was offered to me did not suit me, was unavailable and I did not have an explanation for this one. I made "the effort" to go to a local store for advice and real service, but I had none of that. In the end, I went to Boulanger, I got the advice I wanted when the brand is not specialized in HIFI. So I am very disappointed and strongly advise against this store, unless you know exactly what you want and don't need any advice.

Excellent store. Very nice auditorium since it moved. Much more airy and welcoming. Patrice and Faustine are very good advice, they helped me a lot in choosing my system. I will not hesitate to come back when I want to evolve
