If you committed the horrible crime of buying a Mac don't go there !!! I didn't know that having a Mac was a heinous crime. Let them only be PC specialists, no bp, but be received like a plague victim (term validated by one of the owners) because we don't have a PC, I've never seen that! Fortunately someone had the decency to explain to me why he couldn't solve my problem. It is clear that for a PC problem (I should have told them that I also had one, I may have been better received) I will never see them! To be completely honest I went there because they were highly recommended to me, I do not question their competence but really their commercial sense!
