A total fiasco. I carried 4 mentals. Beyond being made raiche to me (2 woolen coats that were soft less than 1 year old look aged: pilling all over and "cardboard" effect), two other coats were given to me without the belt. I call and go back to the store. There is a belt but not the 2nd which was that of my favorite coat. During the whole procedure no apologies or compassion on the part of the reception lady who is extremely rude to the point of saying "it's okay, it's not a branded coat". So we have the right to lose the belts as branded coats? To flee ! I'm thinking of contacting customer service because 4 damaged coats is a lot and when you see the number of negative reviews, you can't pretend that the error is human, it's just that there is a real problem in this store… and for only compensation the reimbursement of the washing of the coat whose belt was lost, no gesture for the ruined coats or for the way in which I was received.

Rude welcome with a closed face, not even a good evening! I dare to imagine the quality of the work seen the home! It is unacceptable behavior like this. Even if it's the end of the day, it's important for a shopkeeper to be welcoming and smiling, but this employee does not care if he does not like his job and is not able to do it properly. until the end it leaves room for some more serious!
