A lack of professionalism! Here are years my company with the collaboration of an importer we have marketed and installed aluminum garage doors of the mark FELDMANN. Then in the perspective of developing this product in France within the subsidiaries of POINT FORT FICHET under the name "CARSTYL" the manufacturer notified my collaborating importer that all services on their product was prohibited. Recently a customer with whom we installed a aluminum door with a width of 4 meters asked for an emergency repair intervention because blades cracked dangerously putting insecure goods and people, especially children. I will not comment on this product which has been awarded a "A2P security" certification So, to fully satisfy this customer, after having explained the situation for an imminent intervention at POINT FORT agency in Nancy to replace the defective blades, I asked for a call back. The days, the weeks go by while nobody comes back despite my phone reminders. I even tried to contact the manager Mr Frédéric COLIN without success, this one either deign to answer and as a fact of circumstance the Consumer Service is closed for several days. In conclusion, I communicated to the customer the contact information of the manufacturer FELDMANN, as for the agency POINT FORT Nancy I find this casualness to customers is disconcerting.
