For people like my grandfather in long stay hospitalization there is no sanitary in the room in addition no single room because more expensive and in addition the little personal effects that are brought to him disappear like the clothes, the charger of his razor and the cupcakes that we bring him I find it lamentable and I really do not recommend I would also like the caregivers to warn the family when the residents fall (the caregivers do not know how by the way) and get injured as is the case for my 97 year old grandfather who fell when it fell 3 teeth flush with the gum and of which we were not informed and moreover no care was given to him for fear of TRAUMATISM according to the staff of the establishment (completely aberrant). Despite the response from the head of the establishment, my grandfather's clothes did not return to his room, his wheelchair was no longer his and his anti-decubitus cushion disappeared. In conclusion we are more and more disappointed because given the amount paid per month we find it intolerable.
