Remind me not to set foot in this store again. Having received a bag for Christmas (ordered online), I wanted to exchange it in store, telling myself that it would be easier. Big mistake ! I go to the store for the first time to exchange the bag .. the saleswoman tells me that she no longer has the model I wanted .. without looking in the stock, nor her computer .. well I tell myself that she must know her inventory ... She takes her phone to scan the barcode of the bag I wanted to exchange (I just wanted it in another color), she tells me that on the website there is no longer the color I want ... she rescans again and tells me the same. Well, to be clear about it once back in my car I go to the site, and I see the bag still available .... In my opinion, the salesperson clearly didn't want to bother managing my exchange. I went back there a few days later, to return the bag, having first looked on the site, I saw that the return to the store of an item ordered online was possible (with the invoice). I fall on the same saleswoman ... whose good faith I clearly doubted. Who tells me that she saw with her manager (not there to attest), that they have decided not to return items ordered online. I start to get annoyed and tell him that it's been 2 times since I came for nothing, and that nothing is written in the shop to inform people that referrals of this kind are no longer made (if it is really the case..). The saleswoman sees that I am not really happy and "fled" altogether to another customer without a goodbye or anything. Anything big. Too bad the articles are very beautiful but the customer service is to be reviewed.

I witnessed a settling of accounts between saleswomen ... in front of customers ... as if there was no one in the store. Staggering ..... I think about it every time I walk past
