Staff are on the vacation and refugees and asylum people are waiting for several months to get an appointment but no response .what kind of responsibility are you taking ...uncivilized mind and evil atmosphere presents there. Zero common sense as result zero understanding power. As same species as human we are shame on you.

I hate them :) I always remember that God told me you have to forgive . But i never got a Respect from them .

If you apply for TIR of your baby and you have to travel in emergency you are in deep trouble because they do not have a mechanism for you to travel with a baby so keep waiting as i am almost 6 weeks.. staff just simply say we do not know anything. Worst ever services for TIR of childrens and staff are rude and non cooperative. 0 star

rude to customers, don't give detailed information and want to get rid of you as soon as possible without giving the necessary information

The staff who answer during the hotlines (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for the foreigners' offices are rude, haughty and no sense of listening. For a week, on the same days and the same times, I called and it's the same song "Sir, the line is full, call back every 5 minutes". I call back every 30 minutes to get the service concerned with regard to the error that said service made my file but nothing at all. Already people who drop out are rude, yell at you and make no effort to gauge the urgency of the request.
