Asked for a quote for a trip twice two and a half weeks ago; I had been promised it for the same evening, by email, I am still waiting for it ... I therefore change agency, this one certainly does not need clients ...

We cannot give zero stars it is a shame. Travel to kenya for 7 people including a quadriplegic ... departure from Strasbourg 3 h before the international flight after your salesperson .... departure scheduled at 6.30 am so we arrive at 3.30 am al the airport damage it only opens at 6am ... 2h30 outside at -7degrees nice ..... thank you the agency .... to access the hotel we take a transfer at an exorbitant price the last three km were horrible on bus in deplorable condition no shock absorbers a horror especially for my quadriplegic friend .... disabled access to the hotel nonexistent ... a disaster ... no answers to our letters from your agency for 8000 euros of travel I find it catastrophic .. ..
