NEVER answer the phone! Unable to properly resolve a problem as it returns the service ball in service. Disappointing, it's been three times that I have to take the same steps for the same problem because there is no communication between the services. By cons to send reminders when the situation is already explained and paid, there, there are people!

Pleasant staff who knew how to be available to settle a concern of tax of dwelling. It is better to move and take appointment if necessary.
