Installed in boulou since summer 2019, the city is nice, near shops and everything. Coming from a very warm and welcoming city, I find people here too cold not warm at all. Parking awkward police nonexistent despite the reports. Very poor nursery school a director not fit for this position nor the post of mistress of small section. Basically the staff of the school are no courtesy: hello, good weekend ..... From the violence in the primary school, harassment in the playground, clans that form between students very disappointed with this school not even want to school my children. The big problem in this city is the remoteness of the two kindergartens and primary schools, instead of consolidating them in one place with a huge car park in the city exit instead of deploying police to make traffic and prevent residents from leaving to leave home at school time. I think there is too much traffic in the city so pollution especially in summer with all the tourists.

We live in Le Boulou since February 2019. We love this pretty little town and its environment. However, for several months there has been an endless stream of cars, trucks, semi-trailers, etc., which pass without stopping in the housing estate (Mas mas rue Descals). It is limited to 30 km / h in front of us and they sometimes pass very strong despite the speed bumps, and the noise becomes mostly uncomfortable summer. Then there is the mentality that I sometimes dislike, such as the Tobacco Press Boulou next to the bakery, which prohibits his dog store, ok it's his right! except that he has two in his shop at liberty permanently "look for the mistake ..."! As for the water restrictions that we are asked to apply this summer, I'm from the South of La Ciotat so I know the drought and I find it normal that everyone makes an effort especially during a heat wave like the one we just suffered ... but ... last Tuesday from the Boulou at 7am, the municipal employees were watering with large water flowing on the ground elsewhere, the big flowerpots downtown ... re "look for the error". It seems that in this town it's like "do what we tell you but do not look at what I do" ...! Pity !
