My experience is about the receptionist in this centre and her unprofessional behaviour. I called the centre this afternoon asking to speak one of the doctor for an urgent reason. I couldn't speak much French but tried my best to speak in French. However, the receptionist answered in french and when i apologized for not understanding, she started shouting and hung up the phone. I however rang them again as i desperately needed to speak to the doctor i know and she can speak English, but this receptionist repeated what she has done before. I wonder, what the consequence her behaviour would cause if a patient needs help in an urgent situation and this was exactly the situation i have today! Her behaviour would delay the diagnosis and treatment which can put a life in danger! She can just get a doctor who speaks English to answer the phone. But she didn't, she doesn't understand her job is to help people and save lives. I am very disappointed.

Unpleasant secretary who refuses to give you an appointment because it bothers her and despite the urgency, and who hangs up on you. This lack of humanity is unacceptable. I do not recommend this doctor's office ...
