My mother rented accommodation as part of her spa treatment at this agency. She was very happy with it (spacious, clean, one bedroom) for a reasonable price. I would like to warmly thank the director of the agency and the staff, indeed my mother had to be hospitalized 1 week before her departure. Living 1000 km away and unable to come, the director prepared all her things and facilitated the dismissal. I don't know what I would have done without them! A big thank you for your humanity and your words of support!

However, this purchase was not easy because it was remote and required many restrictive formalities that Messrs Stocker and Ms. Bordenave were able to quickly unlock with unfailing professionalism. To avoid at the wrong price! The "lady who represents the agency at the reception" is extremely unfriendly, she is also very dishonest which I discovered to my depends. She made me rent a parking space, explaining that Cauterets was full. And when I come back 1 hour later to ask for a refund because there are plenty of free places .... She dared to call me a liar and refuses the refund. A real shame! Thieves in this agency, and colleagues are no better. I'm not even talking about the fridge that doesn't work in the rented apartment and the poor standard of cleanliness! The owner of the apartment confirmed to me that this lady was undrinkable! In short. Forced to rent something else when we arrived and Elsewhere because living without a fridge ..... Thieves, rude and above all nothing positive, no sense of customer service.

Dominique is a very professional and pleasant person. She was very accommodating (as well as her team) for the seasonal rental of an apartment in Luz Saint-Sauveur. I haven't made my move yet but I'm sure everything will be perfect. I highly recommend this agency.
