We booked an apartment for 8 people with this agency in February 2018 when we arrived we are given the keys, a map and we find the apartment. We deposit our luggage in the hall and surprise in the apartment the owner of the place is in the apartment !!!! I call the agency, she finds us in emergency 3 apartments! We lose a day, no excuse from the owner of the agency and I'm not talking about the person who greeted us (this last cache is not my fault) !!!! Super professionalism! !!! the owner of the agency idem seen with him for compensation !!! t we still wait for him !!!!! And I send them mails but they blocked me !! So if you book at home you take a risk! !!
