Madame CAMPISTRON received me today at 7am! I applaud this effort as well as the decision to pull out a root so early. Friendly, quick and efficient.

Madame Campistron had just forgotten to note that she had given me an appointment more than a month ago for my mother who is in nursing home. Ambulance reserved for transport but could not receive it. What negligence! No apologies, no calls, genuine contempt for patients. She will not see us again but what importance for her?!?!?
