In March 2020 I did a training with Florian and it was very instructive. Florian is truly an invested trainer (answers your questions, he is responsive to messages), conscientious and above all, he is very educational. He knows how to make you want to learn in a good mood.

In addition, it teaches you how to make pizzas as we find more, without rolling mill, than by hand. It's been a long time since I found a pizza dough as good, cooked to perfection, well stocked with quality food.
