This was the most expensive gite we stayed at during this year’s Compostelle walk, we were expecting something special. We were welcomed by a 15 minute wait on the door step. Aurélie arrived to advise that we would be sharing (we had specifically reserved a room for 3 due to Covid-19 rules) with an unknown person, and no, she couldn’t change this (Happily, Aurélie’s partner arrived and apologizing profusely, was able to sort out this problem). Our room was only separated from the kitchen and bathroom by a curtain. The bathroom had a loud squeaky door - we heard it many times during a long night!. Dinner was tasty. Each course was delivered by the obliging partner. We ate alone, but he did spend some time, between courses, explaining about the village, and also his plans to renovate more gîtes. We had a feeling that we were funding the renovation🥺

great place, clean, good mattress, no rush in the morning to leave the premises, excellent welcome.
