I have been going to this technical center since its creation!
He offers coffee to customers every morning, and we are greeted much better than what I can read here.
It is unacceptable to arrive late for such an appointment often taken several weeks in advance !!
A customer late at 6.30am, what about those at 5pm or 6pm? should they postpone theirs until the morning customers deign to arrive on time?
For my part, I have always received only good technical advice, and have always been received normally.
Wishing to make an appointment for a counter visit, I was thrown like a mess by an extremely unpleasant gentleman because for the niche that he offered me I could not make myself available.
How can we speak this way when we work in the service of others?

If you want someone to look down on you and talk to you like a child, this is the place for you.

Indeed the reception is really to be reviewed I arrive with 3 minutes late and I literally get kicked out like a kid .... We can say things but with another way I also have a business and wonder how do you manage to have more customers ... Sincerely react ....
