We have sale our house with Century 21 without any complications. The stuff is very involved and the searching time for a new owner was relativly short. We are satisfied!

Estimate below the value of the property. Only the "flaws", however small, of the house were taken into account, while the many qualities were overlooked ... On the Century 21 site, other goods for sale in the town, of lower surface or less well placed, are at least 30% more expensive than the estimate! Suddenly, difficult to get a true idea of ​​the value of the property which is damaging.

I do not know if the agency selects its property, but the choice of the one we bought was judicious and of quality. The support of the account manager, Elodie PONS, was decisive; Mrs. PONS has shown us great attention, sustained professionalism, incredible efficiency, as well as immense and surprising kindness. The development of the compromise was effective, but included a few gray areas which were quickly filled in, except for the much too late discovery of a plot in an agricultural zone which should, in my opinion, have been reported at the very beginning, because the risk of preemption of the SAFER not only failed to delay the act (the action of Mrs. PONS was decisive and effective +660 € to obtain the answer in three days), but above all removed an important value to the good. I also greatly appreciated the digital control of your brand, both for the contractualization and for the follow-up. This is reassuring.
