A bank quickly leaked, unqualified staff who will tell you when they have the time no matter the reason. In the event of theft of your means of payment, you are given a number to call and you are told to make an appointment (it takes 10 minutes maximum to verify and reassure a client) who in the end sends you back to the agency because it can do nothing to distance as long as you haven't gone to the agency. When you go back there again to know if the opposition has been taken into account because your account continues to be debited you will be told that yes but not on the right date .. you signal that you did not want new cards because given their incompetent actions and the nil customer relationship you change banks, the clown behind his desk does his job so well that you received a new card ... more than 10 years in this bank without the slightest banking incident and final when a problem arrives, qualified person to answer you and do things correctly .., not really a bank to flee urgently if you keep a minimum to the money that you placed with them .. yes there are insurances, there will be refunds and all its, with new administrative steps, but its does not change that make your questions and your spite you will be alone ...
