My parents had a Tschoppé motorized gate installed by Mr. Collier a few years ago. Shortly after its installation, my parents encountered a problem with the motorization preventing them from using it. Despite several passages and numerous phone calls, Mr. Collier is now ostrich and the problem is not resolved. I therefore recommend this company which has nothing to do with its customers once the product is sold ...........
