A secretariat not always friendly, cold and very difficult to reach. A replacement doctor (of a certain age) makes a lot of misdiagnosis (which led to emergency surgery with a 6 cm diameter hole in the scapula). Too bad ... my doctor always on time and attentive will lose his image by keeping him.

No worries with the doctors, they are competent and friendly. On the other hand, the efficiency of the secretariat is deplorable. As always, I have been trying to reach them since 8am, it is almost 10am. It rings, it rings, for long minutes and it ends up hanging up. If reception staff cannot handle the flow of patients, you should hire more secretaries, or more competent ones.

Request an appointment this Tuesday so that I can be offered an appointment on Friday knowing that the appointment concerns a 9 month old baby who has a cough. I called back a few days later because the cough intensified, no way to find me a time slot in the emergency I was left like that without knowing what to do. Deplorable.

very unpleasant secretariat which in addition to that accuses you of not having such and such a doctor as your attending physician when you ask for an appointment we always give you with the doctor available there i just called to have an appointment with my doctor except that once again they give me with someone else and the secretary has the nerve to tell me that I take an appointment with all the doctors it's the height it's really a catastrophic and deplorable medical practice

It is 9:30 am and since 8:00 am I have been trying to reach the secretariat !!! Times indicated 8h / 20h is not normal at all, not serious.
