Since May, we have brought our chainsaw 5 times in all! And still not fixed. Retrieved this morning (December 10, 2020) while it has been filed since October 27. Incompetent and not dynamic team either. Ineligible
The equipment is of high quality and the appropriate advice remains available by telephone if necessary.
I will come back as early as 2021 !!

As a handyman, I have often needed to troubleshoot old equipment, rare are the times when you have agreed to help me (unlike the competition).
I'm sure you have very good mechanics, but your policy is to work only with the sale and repair of new tools.
I bought a grinder once at your place, I am fully satisfied with it! I wanted to repeat the experience with a chainsaw but no stock, no show model. So I bought from a competitor.

lack of seriousness. X phone calls to retrieve a mower belt after 15 days of waiting. and the strap would have been forgotten in another store ... I obviously expect a commercial gesture when I go to look for this strap.
I had to go back 4 times to see them for 2 air chambers for 2 mower tractor tires. A great lack of professionalism, no rigor, nonchalance and I do not care at all levels. I do not recommend this establishment.
