I was hit by a car while on my bike, unfortunately he did not survive 2 years of savings and sacrifices to buy me and practice the triathlon, and all that good for the dumpster I was received by Mr. Brisson, he knows his job very well and the value of my bike and my equipment, his estimate struck me as very professional and fair Of course I hope not to see him again, or so in other circumstances, but if I had to redo an expertise for my bike, I would ask to go through him again, but I pray that it does not happen again! Mandated by my insurance, this firm is unable to make a credible estimate for repairs and offers a quote "at random", then waiting for the garage to propose changes. Icing on the cake, they allow themselves to modify the expert report after the work ...... Too bad not being able to put less than a star, shame to the profession of expert; Besides, are the interlocutors really recognized as experts?

I was injured with my car so I was not even wrong. they valued my vehicle so well that I was unable to buy an equivalent. Despite my explanations with the expert, he did not want to hear anything. The only answer I had and if I did not agree, it was necessary to make a second opinion at my expense.
