Very disappointed, I went there as part of a credit redemption. The staff is not really listening and does not contact you. I went there too to cash cash through the distributor, but not being in this agency, we had a doubt that it was possible, well, the person at the reception had not seem to know a lot more ... so we try and find our answer all by ourselves like grown ups. As for our credit buy-back, we will go elsewhere.
