I come back from this agency and it's simply more than disappointing !!!!! I went there to make a withdrawal and the young blonde adviser with her condescending and haughty expressions received me very badly, told me that it was not possible because I am part of another agency, it is the procedure ! in addition she can laugh to get on my nerves! I never saw that! it should not be forgotten that it is the staff and their commercial relationship which makes the image of the bank !!!
