The reception service is of very poor quality. No dialogue, no empathy, no explanations when faced with a problem that one poses. On the other hand, to withdraw my money, it is done on the second. Even the star is not deserved if possible I would have put 0 star out of 5 to see 20 even or not classified at all. Since then the opposite has not yet been demonstrated to me I hope that will change soon. Very disappointed.

Customer already dissatisfied I had the hope of recovering the quality of service in this agency, but what a disappointment the receptionist expressed a condescension of an antipathy the height after my taking leave allow myself to speak behind my back , general company, is this the way you treat your customers?

I agree with bad reviews unfortunately. This bank refused to close my current account under a fraudulent pretext. Zero account, unused because transferred to another bank, no movements but of management fees are applied. Management of what? I did not ask anything. Fictitious fees on a fictional management and against my sandstone. This is called theft ... Too bad for the counselors who try to do their work and who are for some nice. This is not enough to fill the dishonesty of this type of maneuver. In any case, they found the vein to make money without doing anything! Bravo! PS: such a bad reputation is not invented ...

In short, a consultant who does not respond to emails. I will report my dissatisfaction to the headquarters for a bank which is paid not to answer the emails of their customers
