Hello, I did a complete maintenance (oil change, oil filter, cabin filter, air filter and fuel filter) a year ago at Norauto. After this review nobody opened the hood except me. What I discovered was serious. They broke a hose from the vacuum pump. I decided to do my oil change after the fact (to prevent them from breaking other parts) and that was the final touch! Air inlet duct not clipped and not fixed to the air inlet because they have not replaced the screw! Suddenly, they break me parts and not even warn me. If it wasn't them, they had a duty to warn me.
