I strongly recommend this concession. Maybe they are nice a priori but it is to better rob you later ... They did not hesitate to have my father, who was mentally deficient, sign an order form for a new vehicle, and that knowingly after being warned by my mother about the situation. They cashed a deposit of 7000 euros and refuse to reimburse although they have received a letter from the referring psychiatrist. And I imagine that they were able to resell the ordered car, with a small commission as a bonus ...
